List & Update productsWhere are you? What do you have? Is it correct?

List and update your products and contact details

It does not cost you to list your products and details in Thomson's Liquor Guide and on LiquorGuide.com.au. We do, however, ask you to subscribe to the Guide. Your subscription gives you full listings of the products that you supply as well as the inclusion of your contact details at head office and each of your state/regional sales offices. You will receive printed issues of Thomson's Liquor Guide as well as access to up-to-date information on the online LiquorGuide.com.au.

You are able to update your information and details monthly by email or by posted hardcopy. We will prompt you to confirm your listed information on a monthly basis by forwarding to you a list of your current products, including relevant details.

Don't forget the great, targeted trade advertising opportunities that you'll be presented with - to help you to improve brand awareness and deliver new product information to the right people at the right time!

The typical details that are required to list you and your products include:

  • your company's contact details, including name of co-ordinator, address, phone, fax, email and, if appropriate, web site address. Please also include the contact details for your Australian State offices.
And for each product:
  • if the product is Domestic or Imported, and if Imported from which country;
  • the brand name;
  • product description including vintage eg Riesling 1997, Cabernet Sauvignon 1995;
  • size eg 750ml;
  • unit eg bottle, keg, cask;
  • carton quantity;
  • wholesale price per carton (excluding GST);
  • barcodes for each unit - single, packs, carton;
  • supplier product codes;
  • product graphic in JPEG or TIFF format; and,
  • winemakers or producers notes.
